LA RéSERVE

La Réserve is a project conceived as an authentic expression of the Marrakech lifestyle, a place where the spirit of the city is reflected in every design choice, from the composition of the spaces to the selection of materials. The colors recall the iconic shades of the city—jade and ocher—evoking the lush gardens and extraordinary architecture that characterize the Moroccan urban landscape. The entire complex is designed as a harmonious system, capable of translating the profound identity of the place into architecture.

The landscape design draws direct inspiration from the ancient territories of the Atlas Mountains and its villages: fluid paths, variations in elevation, and an articulated topography create a sequence of dynamic and surprising spaces. The gradual transition between green gardens and more arid areas evokes the richness and diversity of Moroccan landscapes, while the attention to detail and quality of the architectural solutions pay homage to the excellence of the local mâalems' savoir-faire. All this is set in a vast, preserved and unique context, easily accessible from the city.

The Reserve is strategically located west of Marrakech, in one of the most sought-after areas for accessibility, tranquility, and scenic beauty. A direct, fully paved connection from the Fès road and the Consul road ensures quick access, while the city center can be reached in about twenty minutes, while maintaining a clear distance from the urban chaos.

The concept of green space is based on carefully selected vegetation positioned to discreetly define the different areas, ensuring the privacy of the residences and bringing the entire project to life in an organic way. With a view to sustainability and respect for the environment, green spaces alternate with oases immersed in areas of sparser vegetation, reproducing the natural structure of the Atlas landscape.

The main objective is to offer residents a sense of freedom and spatial continuity, where streets and common areas blend with the private areas of the villas through a fluid and timeless vegetation system. The heart of the complex is the 5,205 m² common area: a true permeable green lung, equipped with an irrigation basin, shared swimming pool, rest areas, and playgrounds connected by paths designed to be an experience. A space for interaction and socializing, capable of giving identity and life to the entire project.
