La RéSERVE

La Réserve is a project that interprets the Marrakech lifestyle in a contemporary key, translating the spirit of the city into architectural and material choices. The shades of jade and ochre recall the gardens and iconic local architecture, creating a harmonious layout that reflects the profound identity of the place.
The landscape is inspired by the Atlas Mountains: fluid paths, variations in elevation, and an articulated topography generate dynamic spaces. The dialogue between lush gardens and more arid areas evokes Morocco's diversity, while the quality of the details pays homage to the savoir-faire of the local mâalems. The project is part of a large, preserved context, easily accessible and located west of Marrakech, about twenty minutes from the center.
The carefully selected vegetation defines the areas, ensuring intimacy and consistency according to an organic and sustainable logic. Green spaces alternate like oases immersed in more mineral areas, reproducing the landscape of the Atlas Mountains.
The heart of the complex is a 5,205 m² common area: a permeable green lung with a swimming pool, irrigation basin, and rest and play areas, designed as a place for meeting and shared identity.
