The architectural intervention included internal and external renovations. A new reinforced concrete and steel load-bearing structure was added on the north side, improving solidity and aesthetics. The application of the thermal coat increased energy efficiency. Internally, the reorganization of the spaces included the expansion of the bathroom on the first floor, with related arrangement of the systems. The intervention has significantly improved both the appearance and functionality of the home.
