Andstudio architects is an architecture agency founded in Pontedera by architect Andrea Mannocci.

After some years the agency expanded itself to two further design centers in Florence and Marrakech.

Each project is based on the search for ethics and aesthetics through the application of multidisciplinary thinking. Architecture is the harmony of: landscape, environment, technology, energy, economy and functionality.

Over the years, the firm has consolidated a system based on an interdisciplinary team where professionals selected for their skills and experience have optimized their experience and developed the ability to interface with other professionals, technicians and clients.

The Studio's activity includes all aspects related to the architectural project, from the detailed to the territorial scale, trying to introduce innovative elements into each project both from the point of view of expressive language and from a technological point of view. This activity is intensely linked to the theme of sustainability. This is why we always evaluate project proposals focused on ecological and urban sustainability and on social and landscape aspects.

Senior Partner

The architect Andrea Mannocci, senior partner of the studio, graduated in Architecture from the faculty of Florence. After a period of teaching at the Faculty of Architecture in Florence, he teaches at the International University of Architecture in Rabat.
