Project for private houses

The project consists of six residential units that conform as a single simple and rigorous structure, proposing an alternation of solids, voids and openings. The building is made up of two ground-roof residential units on two floors plus a basement on both sides and a central body, made up of four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
