We dedicate this article to an ongoing project: a residence in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, where we are working on the restoration of a splendid villa that combines history, elegance, and modernity.
One of the first interventions involves the restoration of the vaulted ceiling in one of the villa's rooms. This architectural element has been carefully cleaned and is currently being restored by the designated team.
Another part of the project concerns the villa's windows and the restoration of the adjacent walls, many of which date back to the time of the original construction.
The renovation of the plasterwork is another crucial phase of the project. The old plaster, damaged by time and humidity, has been removed and replaced with traditional materials compatible with the original construction techniques. This choice not only respects the villa's historical integrity but also ensures a healthy and breathable indoor environment.
Lastly, we are installing a swimming pool in the villa's garden, an oasis of relaxation that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
This restoration project is a testament to our commitment to preserving and enhancing historical heritage while simultaneously integrating comfort and innovation.
